Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients in the Sarawak region.
- Present product demonstrations and technical details to prospective buyers to drive conversions.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to track performance and meet targets.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the local construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the Zoomlion brand.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the machinery, construction, or industrial sector.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Valid driving license (possession of a car is highly desirable for client visits).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
