In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality product offerings and major architectural projects. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with developers, contractors, and interior designers, ensuring our sanitary ware solutions are specified and integrated into upcoming developments. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and track new residential and commercial building projects to secure tender opportunities.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on competitive quotations and tenders for sanitary ware projects.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, and M&E contractors.
- Conduct professional presentations and site meetings to showcase product features and specifications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a strong market position.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of project supplies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or an Engineering/Construction-related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in building materials, sanitary wares, or project sales.
- Familiarity with the construction tendering process and reading architectural/MEP drawings is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation, independence, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with CRM tools for sales reporting.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is preferred for site visits.
