Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for corporate accounts and MICE events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry decision-makers, event planners, and tour operators.
- Conduct professional site visits and presentations to prospective clients to showcase restaurant facilities and menus.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, and quotations while ensuring internal profitability margins are met.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure the successful execution of booked events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Bali hospitality landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development role, preferably in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the Bali MICE market and corporate hospitality landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- High level of professional integrity, a well-groomed appearance, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet client demands.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
