Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Bangkalan and surrounding East Java regions.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail partners to ensure consistent product movement.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and identify consumer trends.
- Execute sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential B2B and retail clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to resolve any client issues or inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Executive, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Deep knowledge of the local Bangkalan market and consumer landscape.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for field visits.
- Minimum of a High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for reporting purposes.
