Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, including corporate clients and travel agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote hotel packages and special offers.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends in Bali.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and additional languages is a plus.
