Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach potential customers at the Robinsons Novaliches branch to promote ACOM's financial services.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding loan products, requirements, and interest rates to interested applicants.
- Assist customers in completing application forms and ensure all necessary documentation is verified and accurate.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct thorough assessments of client profiles to ensure responsible lending practices.
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure seamless operational flow and a welcoming branch environment.
- Stay updated on competitor products and market trends to effectively position ACOM’s value proposition.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or a related field (Retail banking or consumer finance experience is a strong advantage).
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess a strong desire to meet and exceed challenging sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail environment.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as required by the mall operations.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
