Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with contractors, developers, and homeowners.
- Actively scout for new business opportunities to expand our market reach in the Johor region.
- Plan and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers regarding our roofing solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or roofing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset toward achieving targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for site visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
