We are currently looking for dynamic, results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team at our Glenmarie office. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Suncool Roofings, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and providing expert consultations to our customers. We offer a fast-paced work environment where performance is rewarded, and professional growth is encouraged. Immediate availability is preferred for this role.
Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction and residential roofing sector.
- Conduct site visits and consultations to provide professional roofing solution recommendations.
- Maintain and build strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in building materials or construction.
- Strong command of Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (bilingual/trilingual ability is essential for this role).
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport for site visits.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to start immediately or on short notice is highly preferred.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
