- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Conduct thorough research to understand prospect needs and position PS Tech solutions effectively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle
- Present product demonstrations and proposals tailored to client requirements
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
