Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote ESG and sustainable packaging solutions
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the sustainable packaging market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
  • Provide expert consultation on sustainable packaging options and their environmental benefits
  • Collaborate with the product development team to understand and communicate product features
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Track sales performance metrics and regularly report to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape in sustainable packaging

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in packaging, FMCG, or sustainable products
  • Strong knowledge of ESG principles and sustainable packaging solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in the Malaysian market is highly advantageous
