Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients within the oil & gas and waste management industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional presentations and site visits to articulate the value proposition of environmental service solutions.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, procurement managers, and facility owners.
- Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular sales forecasting and progress reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within waste management, environmental services, or the oil & gas industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial waste regulations and environmental compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in the West region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is a significant advantage.
