Our client, a leading player in the waste management and oil & gas services sector, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join their team in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding market share, building long-term client partnerships, and driving business growth within the environmental services landscape.

You will play a key role in identifying new revenue opportunities and managing the sales lifecycle for high-value industrial accounts. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new clients within the oil & gas and waste management industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct professional presentations and site visits to articulate the value proposition of environmental service solutions.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, procurement managers, and facility owners.
  • Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide regular sales forecasting and progress reports to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within waste management, environmental services, or the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of industrial waste regulations and environmental compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in the West region.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license is a significant advantage.
