Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities within the assigned market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Promote and sell company products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including activity reports and performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, support) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize the company-provided vehicle to travel to client locations for meetings and presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Valid Driver's License is required (Company vehicle provided).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
