As a Sales Executive, you will serve as the face of our company, bridging the gap between our clients and our internal operations. Your primary focus will be on building lasting relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that every client interaction results in a successful transaction. We are looking for a candidate who is not only results-oriented but also possesses exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Handle incoming inquiries and respond promptly via phone, email, or in-person to provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet the specific requirements of our clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential leads and new business areas.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and update CRM systems accurately.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Resolve client issues and complaints effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to negotiate deals, persuade clients, and close sales.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Must be willing to work in Greenhills, Metro Manila.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
