Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Coordinate end-to-end export documentation, including shipping schedules, invoices, and customs clearance requirements.
- Support the senior sales team in preparing quotations, sales proposals, and marketing collateral for export markets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate delivery.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or export operations.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage for export communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt to different time zones and global business cultures.
