Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the marine industry.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales executives to maximize individual and collective performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in marine, maritime, or industrial equipment sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Singapore Driving License (Class 3 or 4) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
