You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and ensuring that our products reach the right audience effectively. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Pekanbaru area.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits and professional consultation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and have your own vehicle.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Pekanbaru local market and geography.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) is a plus.
