Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and execute vehicle sales orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide detailed information about available second-hand vehicles to potential buyers
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives when necessary
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree in marketing or business is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of vehicle specifications and features
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and digital tools
