Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve target revenue in the Semarang region.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads within the chemical sector.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions based on client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and maintain updated CRM records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the chemical or industrial manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of the Semarang market landscape and local industrial networks.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for field travel.
