Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights
- Present product solutions to potential customers and negotiate contracts
- Prepare regular sales reports and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to product development
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent travel
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Target-driven mindset with track record of meeting KPIs
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
