Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients and prospects
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in food distribution
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts with corporate clients
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Prepare detailed sales reports and market analysis for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns
- Provide product training to clients and internal stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) essential
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG or food industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Valid Malaysian driving license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
