You will engage directly with F&B business owners, sub-distributors, and resellers, promoting our high-quality coffee offerings and driving sales growth.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with F&B businesses, sub-distributors, and resellers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct product presentations and tastings to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in F&B or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport (required for field sales).
