We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in establishing, maintaining, and expanding our customer base within the vibrant F&B industry. You will engage directly with F&B business owners, sub-distributors, and resellers, promoting our high-quality coffee offerings and driving sales growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with F&B businesses, sub-distributors, and resellers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct product presentations and tastings to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in F&B or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport (required for field sales).
