Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify, target, and acquire new business accounts within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase company market share in the Semarang region and beyond.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and negotiations with key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
- Provide expert advice to clients on domestic and international shipping solutions, including export/import documentation and customs compliance.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of export/import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and domestic transportation logistics.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong network in the Semarang/Central Java business area.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software for pipeline management.
