Your primary focus will be to drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining high standards of service for our existing clientele.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new dealerships or service centers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive advantages in the automotive battery sector.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical advice to potential customers.
- Coordinate with the logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote company brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or FMCG industry.
- Valid driving license (essential for client visits).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
