We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Service Contracts) to join a leading Building Engineering MNC based in Kaki Bukit, East Region.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing service contract sales within the building engineering sector. You will work closely with clients to understand their maintenance and engineering needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure long-term satisfaction with our services.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, develop, and close new service contract opportunities within the building engineering sector
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to prospective clients
- Conduct regular site visits to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, finance, and technical departments
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in the building engineering market
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in service contracts or building engineering
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid Singapore driving license is advantageous
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred
- Ability to travel within Singapore to meet clients
