Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Present company products and services to prospective clients in a compelling manner
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license with own transportation is an advantage
