Your Role in the Southern Region
As a Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of the entire sales cycle within your designated territory. This is a hunter role that requires you to be proactive, resilient, and highly organized. You will be the face of QLUX GROUP in the Southern Region, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and closing complex strategic deals.

Your deep understanding of the Johor market, specifically the infrastructure and construction landscape in Kota Tinggi and surrounding areas, will be key to our success. You will work closely with government bodies, main contractors, and private developers to position QLUX as the leading provider of smart lighting solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Southern Region (Kota Tinggi, Johor) to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with government agencies, municipalities, developers, and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for smart lighting solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, site surveys, and technical demonstrations of QLUX's SMART IoT lighting systems.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and tender documents.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the lighting, electrical, construction, or IoT technology sectors.
- Strong B2B sales acumen with a hunter mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Southern Region (Johor) market, particularly Kota Tinggi, is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possession of own vehicle and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidates with experience in smart city or infrastructure projects will be given priority.
