Synchronicity Select is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead the growth of Synca Smartboard across schools, studios, and creative spaces throughout the Philippines.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities within the education and creative industries. You will work closely with educational institutions, art studios, design agencies, and creative professionals to introduce innovative smartboard solutions that transform how they collaborate, present, and teach.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for technology and excellent relationship-building skills. You will represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals within the education and creative sectors
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Synca Smartboard solutions to potential clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including school administrators, studio managers, and creative directors
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while managing a healthy sales pipeline
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with minimum 2 years of experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Filipino
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Metro Manila and nearby provinces
  • Experience selling technology products or educational equipment is a plus
  • Goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
