As a key player in the renewable energy sector, you will be at the forefront of helping households and businesses transition to solar power, reducing their carbon footprint while lowering their energy costs.

We are looking for a natural closer who thrives in competitive environments and values consultative selling. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solar energy solutions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and prospect new business leads within the residential and commercial solar market.
  • Conduct site assessments and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Educate clients on the technical and financial benefits of renewable energy and solar system integration.
  • Negotiate contract terms and oversee the successful closing of sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive intelligence to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or real estate/B2B sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting ambitious sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with high integrity and a strong drive for achieving results.
  • Valid driver’s license is an advantage for conducting field visits.
