Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the South GMA region
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting new business opportunities
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Present Petchola's product portfolio through tailored demonstrations and value-based solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and market expansion initiatives
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in B2B sales or account management
- Strong knowledge of pet food industry and consumer behavior in Metro Manila
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating in team environments
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for client visits)
- Experience in developing sales strategies for FMCG or pet care products preferred
