- Manage and develop client accounts to achieve sales targets and maintain long-term relationships
- Handle client inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and on-time product delivery
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue
- Prepare and present sales proposals and product presentations to potential clients

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
