Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for ATK stationery products in assigned territories
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and distributors
- Present product solutions and conduct effective demonstrations to key stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or retail product distribution
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of office stationery market and product categories
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
