As our Sales Executive, you will act as the face of MPSI Steel Industries, providing technical value and solutions to our partners. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong negotiation skills, and is dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the company's client base in the steel sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct professional presentations and site visits to showcase our steel product range and value proposition.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in accordance with company pricing policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management regarding pipeline status and revenue goals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing, construction, or steel industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin or other dialects is an added advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for client meetings within the Klang Valley.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and negotiate effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
