In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As part of our team, you will receive ongoing support and product training to ensure you have the tools needed to close deals effectively in the competitive Selangor building materials market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients within the construction, engineering, and manufacturing industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct professional presentations and site visits to demonstrate our steel structure solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender documents according to client specifications.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with contractors, architects, and developers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure project requirements are met and client satisfaction is guaranteed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction, steel, or building materials industry.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for client visits.
- Ability to interpret basic technical drawings or a willingness to learn building material specifications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior track record of successful sales achievements and portfolio management.
