Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business leads within the stone processing and construction sectors.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and proposals for management review.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent the Rubino Industry brand.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of the stone processing industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driving license and own transportation are essential.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
