Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets in Sumatera region
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across food processing, baking, and beverage industries
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships through regular engagement and value-added solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop region-specific promotional campaigns
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG or food processing industry
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in Sumatera region
  • Strong network of contacts in Medan and Sumatera business community
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to travel extensively across Sumatera region
