Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell agricultural machinery to farmers and agricultural business operators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the agricultural sector
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to potential customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in agricultural or industrial equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and machinery is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Sumatera Selatan
