You will be responsible for expanding our market presence in the East Java region, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining excellence in service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our market share in Surabaya.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert product consultation, technical guidance, and information to support client purchasing decisions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth project execution.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management regarding performance and market challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT, retail, or consumer electronics industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage professional networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and a personal vehicle is an advantage.
