Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Tacloban area. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and closing deals effectively.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and presenting our innovative building system solutions. You will work closely with the regional management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives while meeting the unique requirements of the local market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular visits, consultations, and excellent after-sales support
- Develop and present compelling proposals and quotations that effectively communicate the value of Dwightsteel building solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and technical support to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM systems and provide regular updates to management
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, preferably in construction materials, building systems, or related industries
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service concepts, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic CRM software
- Filipino citizens or residents with knowledge of local markets in Eastern Visayas are preferred
