You will be the face of the company, presenting our value proposition to potential clients and ensuring long-term partnership satisfaction. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing network to penetrate new markets rapidly and will receive comprehensive training on our state-of-the-art product lines and sales methodologies.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within designated B2B and B2G sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for the management team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements while maintaining high standards of profitability.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of proven successful experience in B2B or B2G sales, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong existing network within the industrial or government sectors in the Tangerang/Jakarta area is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate with a hunter mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A) and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a strong advantage.
