Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and networking.
- Represent Freshtel Internet at roadshows, exhibitions, and community events to boost brand awareness.
- Engage with walk-in customers at our retail touchpoints, providing detailed product demonstrations.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas for various internet service packages.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to match customer needs with the right broadband solutions.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in sales, telecommunications, or customer service is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Melayu, and/or Mandarin.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Possess a professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
