Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new business leads within the Malaysian market via outbound calling.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Radius fuel cards to prospective B2B clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations over the phone to understand client needs and overcome objections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide insightful feedback to management regarding market trends and competitor activity.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory to effectively engage with our diverse client base.
- Proven track record in a telesales, telemarketing, or B2B sales environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
- Resilient, results-oriented, and highly motivated to hit and surpass targets.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in the fuel, fleet, or B2B solutions industry is a significant plus.
