Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly property sales targets.
- Conduct professional property tours and presentations for prospective buyers at The Araya site.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation to the final signing of property agreements.
- Provide expert market insights and product knowledge to help clients make informed investment decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends and competitor activities in the Malang area.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasting for the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or Hospitality preferred).
- Proven track record of success in property sales or high-ticket retail sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
- A professional appearance and demeanor, suitable for a luxury real estate brand.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and mobile communication platforms.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
