As a Sales Executive, you will act as the face of our premium developments, guiding potential clients through their investment journeys. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly property sales targets.
  • Conduct professional property tours and presentations for prospective buyers at The Araya site.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation to the final signing of property agreements.
  • Provide expert market insights and product knowledge to help clients make informed investment decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends and competitor activities in the Malang area.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasting for the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or Hospitality preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in property sales or high-ticket retail sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor, suitable for a luxury real estate brand.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and mobile communication platforms.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
