Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and reach company revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the construction and renovation sectors.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, architects, and interior designers.
- Prepare professional quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct professional presentations and site visits to showcase our latest tile collections.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or interior design industries.
- Possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (advantageous for client relations).
- Possess a valid driving license and your own reliable vehicle for travel to client sites.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close sales successfully.
