Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized consultations
- Drive showroom sales by presenting glass art collections to high-end residential and commercial clients
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate with design teams to provide customized solutions for architectural projects
- Manage inventory and display aesthetics to enhance customer experience
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends for product development
- Participate in trade shows and promotional events to expand brand reach
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or B2B sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven track record
- Knowledge of interior design principles or home décor industry
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license for local client visits
