Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients in the fiber and textile industry.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and emerging trends.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual benefit and profitability.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure delivery schedules are met.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the trading or textile sector.
- Strong knowledge of fiber, fabric, and textile products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
