Join Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park (GWK) as a Sales Executive and become a key player in driving our travel and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business in Bali and beyond. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to build strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, promoting our unique cultural park as a premier destination for leisure and business events.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. You will identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional service to clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of GWK's presence in the competitive travel and events industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and MICE organizers in Bali and surrounding areas
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales of GWK's cultural park experiences and event spaces
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored packages and solutions for corporate clients and group tours
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to management
- Track sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goal achievement
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, or MICE industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the Bali travel market and MICE sector is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
