Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be the primary driver of our B2B sales efforts in the territory. Your main goal is to strategically promote, market, and sell our extensive product range to hardware dealers, retail stores, and construction project owners. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel, strong relationship-building skills, and a hunter mentality. You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Orro Home's full range of construction and home improvement products to hardware dealers, retailers, and project contractors in the assigned territory.
- Establish, develop, and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure a strong sales pipeline and repeat business.
- Conduct regular field visits to dealer locations in Upi, Lebak, Maguindanao, and Lanao to provide marketing support, product training, and market intelligence reporting.
- Prepare and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client orders, resolving any issues promptly.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and credit terms within company guidelines to secure profitable sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, daily call reports, and expense reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven work experience in field sales, account management, or business development, preferably in hardware, construction, FMCG, or home products sectors.
- Highly knowledgeable about the geography, market dynamics, and local culture of Upi, Maguindanao del Norte, and the surrounding BARMM areas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Filipino and English); proficiency in local dialects like Maguindanaon or Maranao is a strong advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory using personal or company-provided transportation (motorcycle required).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a field environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for client presentations and sales reporting.
- Must be willing to reside or relocate to the assigned area (Upi, Maguindanao del Norte).
