Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for urology medical consumables in Jakarta market
- Cultivate long-term relationships with hospitals, urology specialists, and healthcare facilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training for medical professionals
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through effective account management
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences
- Minimum 2 years in B2B medical device or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and urology procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness for facility visits
