Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential dealers and retailers to promote Orro Home products effectively.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of experience in sales, preferably within the furniture, home décor, or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or field-based sales environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Cagayan Valley region.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of challenges.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
