We are representing our esteemed client, a market leader in communication devices and premium kitchen & sanitary solutions, who is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen their sales team in the West Region. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of walkie-talkie systems and kitchen/sanitary wares across various industries including construction, hospitality, and retail. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. This role offers a supportive environment with excellent scope for professional growth.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong drive for results, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in sales of technical products or building materials is highly regarded. Knowledge of walkie-talkie or kitchen/sanitary products is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. A valid driving license and own transport is preferred for client visits.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and acquire new customers in the walkie-talkie and kitchen/sanitary ware market
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales and marketing activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in walkie-talkie, kitchen/sanitary wares, or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own transport preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual in English and a local language is an advantage
